Forget Me Not
The hospice care team provide home based care for children and young people between birth and 19 years old who have a life limiting or life threatening condition. They offer care in your home provided by a team of nurses, nursery nurses, play specialists, social workers, physiotherapists, health care workers and complimentary therapists.
Young People's Activity Team
The Young Peoples Activity Team provides sessional leisure and recreational activities for children and young people aged 5 to 18 years who have a wide range of disabilities and have been assessed as having a need by a Disability Team Social Worker.

The Thomas Centre

30 hours free early education and childcare
All 3 and 4 year olds are already entitled to 15 hour of free early education. From September 2017 there will be an additional 15 hours of free childcare available for families that meet the Government’s eligibility criteria:-
Both parents must be working – or the sole parent is working in a lone parent family
• Each parent earns, on average, a weekly minimum equivalent to 16 hours at National Minimum Wage or National Living Wage
• Each parent must have an annual income of less than £100,000
