Massage Therapy

Aromatherapy massage reduces anxiety and supports access to learning. It also develops emotional regulation skills.

Aromatherapy is the use of Essential Oils which are derived from plants, trees and shrubs. The oils are plant hormones which work in conjunction with our hormones so therefore can be used to calm, relax or refresh. Aromatherapy can be delivered in various different ways either by massage, inhalation or in the bath.
